YFT臥式抱爪式液壓閥門試驗(yàn)臺
技術(shù)性能與特點(diǎn)：
1.適用于對法蘭連接形式的閥門進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度、密封和上密封性能的試驗(yàn)。
2.采用夾爪抱壓法蘭方式壓緊，對被試驗(yàn)閥門無外力影響，因此符合GB/T13927-92,JB/T9092-99及API598所規(guī)定的
要求。
3.右側(cè)翻轉(zhuǎn)盤可進(jìn)行90度翻轉(zhuǎn)，便于對閥門進(jìn)行氣密封檢測。
4.試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)可由水，氣或者煤油，由客戶自選。
5.已配置高、低壓水泵及增壓系統(tǒng)，可直接進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)。預(yù)留一個(gè)氣泵接口，如采用氣為介質(zhì)則氣泵需用戶自配。
6.試驗(yàn)臺用水及油等試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)可循環(huán)使用。
7.設(shè)有液壓自動卸荷系統(tǒng)，使用時(shí)，高壓狀態(tài)與卸荷狀態(tài)自動切換，有效降低了油溫，延長設(shè)備使用壽命。
8.另有觸摸屏控制、顯示和打印測試壓力系統(tǒng)可選配。

6.Water and hydraulic oil cycle use.
7.The test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system.When using it,the high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be charged by itself.So it can reduce oil temperature,elongate the life of valve test bench.
8.PLC control,touch screen display pressure diagram and printer system is optional.
